Our refund policy
INTRAC offers a 30 day refund policy. If you bought one of our publications and are not satisfied with it, simply return the publication to us within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the full purchase cost.
Please note that:
- the publication must be in resaleable condition
- we do not refund the postage & packing cost we incur or the cost you incur in returning the title to us
- the refund will not be actioned until such time as we are in posession of the returned item(s)

Claiming a refund
In the event of wishing to claim a refund, please email us at sitemanager@intrac.org stating your intention to return the publication.
Please ensure you enclose the following information with the publication you are returning:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Date of purchase (if possible)
- Invoice number (enclosed with the publication when it was sent to you)
- If you supply us with a reason it can help us improve our service and our publications (optional)
