The ROC is an intensive experiential orientation to relief work with Medair. Participants experience the challenges of relief work through practical simulations and become familiar with Medair’s values, projects, and country programmes.
Applications for this course are for those interested in working with Medair in one our Field progammes - those new to relief work as well as experienced relief workers - all selected participants will be considered for future field positions with Medair.

This 1-day course is specifically designed for NGO staff who are involved in the preparation of budgets to accompany project funding proposals. It is the perfect companion course to our Grant Management – How to Keep Your Donors Happy (FM8) course. The content includes: what a donor is looking for in a project budget, linking the budget to a project description and proposal, how to prepare a fully costed budget, and preparing a budget in donor formats.
