Latest Praxis Note - Capacity Development in Humanitarian Crises

The crises in Haiti in January 2010 has led to renewed attention being given to the dilemmas of humanitarian action and its relationship with development.
Our latest Praxis Note, written by Henk Tukker and Rob van Poelje from Dutch organisation PSO, summarises the lessons learnt from five years of PSO support to capacity development of CSOs in humanitarian crises, and looks at the trends of capacity development practice in the Dutch INGO members of PSO.
