As one of a number of evaluations of the international community’s response to the tsunami disaster, INTRAC has won a competitive tender to carry out an evaluation of the linkages between relief, rehabilitation and development. This is being undertaken for the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) over the period September to December 2005.
