This senior post includes responsibility to plan, develop and implement a strategy for the operational management and development of INTRAC, in order to meet organisational performance plans within approved budgets and timescales. The post covers all INTRAC's areas of operation - eg Programmes, Consultancies and Research. The COO will also deputise the Executive Director.
Location: Based in Oxford, UK but with some overseas travel
Reporting to: Executive Director
Salary/Grade: £43,000 - £50,000 (SG 2a)
Pension contribution (opt in) of 5% to INTRAC’s pension scheme
