As countries gear up for the Third High-Level Panel on Aid Effectiveness in Accra in September 2008, Alliance 2015, a group of NGOs, spent the last year examining donor and in-country issues in relation to the implementation of the aid effectiveness process. An INTRAC team has been closely involved in this process, and in producing the final report.
