The workshop aimed to obtain a current overview of the advances and challenges in Monitoring and Evaluation in the Andean countries of South America through a dialogue and debate of the experiences and reflections of institutions, organisations and professionals involved in the field of policies, programmes and development projects.
The debates raised in the regional workshops will be brought together to form the agenda for INTRAC's 6th Evaluation Conference to be held in the Netherlands in April 2006.
