Board

The board governs INTRAC and board members give their services without remuneration. Legally INTRAC is a Company Limited by Guarantee as well as a registered UK charity.

A Chair, Vice-Chair, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer are elected from among the board members. It is expected that these honorary officers and the other board members will serve for a few years each before standing down.

The board is responsible for overall strategy and policy, monitoring performance and for appointing the Executive Director. The Senior Management Team is accountable to the Executive Director Brian Pratt and, through him, to the board.

The board publishes an Annual Report and Accounts for each financial year, which ends on 31 March. The detailed financial accounts are fully audited by ChapmanWorth LLP, and are available for inspection on request.
