Visa Requirements

• Nationals of some countries need to have a visa or entry certificate to enter the Netherlands.

• Information on specific country requirements can be obtained from any Dutch Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.

• Full payment of the course fee is required along with the booking form. Payment of the conference fee can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

• Work/organisational email addresses should be supplied. We cannot guarantee that applications will be accepted where only a personal email address is given.

• For those paying by bank transfer, five working days should be allowed for the funds to clear into the INTRAC account. Once the money has cleared the applicant will be emailed by INTRAC to confirm that the course fee has been received.

• Once payment has been received, one official letter will be issued for visa application purposes. This letter will be faxed or emailed to the applicant. INTRAC cannot fax or email letters to embassies, high commissions or consulates.

• All queries concerning a conference application should be made by email, not by phone, in order to ensure a clear record of the application status.

Once the invidual has received their visa to travel to the conference and informed INTRAC of the fact, full joining instructions for the conference will be sent out.

In the event that an individual does not receive their visa to travel, a refund of their fee will be made, less a 25 per cent administration charge. Individuals should therefore ensure that they are able to meet the conditions for entry into the Netherlands before applying for a course.
