Peer Learning Programme
The Peer Learning Programme is for UK-based small and Diaspora-led organisations supporting African development. It aims to enable these organisations to become more effective and exert a greater influence over UK development debates and international development practice. The PLP is facilitated by INTRAC and is part of Comic Relief's Common Ground Initiative (CGI), with support from DFID.
The PLP includes workshops, action learning sets, benchmarking clubs. It provides grant holders with an opportunity to share experiences, good practice and learn from each other.

Toolkits
As part of the Common Ground Initiative Peer Learning Programme, INTRAC produced a series of six toolkits to share information, tools and tips that might help small and diaspora NGOs in the UK strengthen their organisational capacity. These are:
- thematic toolkits on strategic planning, governance and fundraising
- a short guide to getting the most out of a VSO toolkit on participatory advocacy
- two toolkits explaining how to run action learning sets and benchmarking clubs.
We hope that they are accessible, lively and useful resources for many organisations beyond the programme.
