Building Trust: Civil Society, Trade and Cooperation Event

This event was a two-day set of bicommunal discussion sessions and workshops for civil society organisations, policymakers, international donors, researchers and other stakeholders. It was based on the work of three EuropeAid projects with presentation and discussion of findings.
The projects are:
- Reconciliation and Peace Economics in Cyprus - University of the West of England, Bristol, UK
- Developing Trust and Cooperation: Research to Improve Civil Society Practice - INTRAC, Oxford, UK.
- Social Capital in Cyprus: Social Assets, Community Infrastructure and the Building of Trust - Cyprus Sociological Association, Nicosia, Cyprus, with partner The Institute for Conflict Research, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Film screening of Sharing an Island, Friday 21 October
Sharing an Island is a documentary on Cyprus. The film has been produced through the Engage - Do your part Peace Programme and through the Youth Activism Project implemented by the Cyprus Network for Youth Development.
