Needs assessment for civil society development programme

A large foundation has been working with local NGO partners in Lebanon for many years, supporting their community-based work with grants. They realised that their partners’ work could have more impact with a programme of capacity building. INTRAC carried out a scoping study to assess the needs and make recommendations for a longer term programme of capacity building of these NGOs.
