Paula Haddock

Training Manager

Paula joined INTRAC in April 2009. She is responsible for in-house training, which takes place worldwide, the Open Training course programme, which runs in the UK, and INTRAC’s involvement in the Dtalk consortium, which provides training in Ireland. Paula Haddock

Before joining INTRAC, Paula was a manager in the Supporter Relations Unit at Oxfam GB. She managed the outbound fundraising and communications team for three years and also did a secondment in the management team in Relationship Marketing. She has completed the Certificate in Fundraising Management as well as several short courses on management and leadership including coaching and mentoring.

Paula has a keen interest in training and development, and designed and delivered several training sessions at Oxfam, including performance management, train the trainer and effective outbound fundraising.

Paula has a degree in English Literature and Cultural Criticism from Cardiff University and a TEFL qualification. She taught English in Spain for three years before moving to work in the NGO sector. She volunteered in Ghana for a small charity called Orphanage Africa before moving to Oxford in 2005.
