The open training courses were developed to promote participatory learning by exploring a combination of conceptual and practical issues. Trainers from INTRAC, alongside trainers from MC and NGO Support Centre, delivered these courses to CSOs in a range of locations across Cyprus.

The training aimed to:

• Provide a rich source of knowledge from both an international and Cypriot perspective
• Create the opportunity for networking and strengthening new and existing relationships
• Encourage cooperation between CSOs across the island
