One of INTRAC's core roles within the development sector is to deliver high quality training. We specialise in monitoring and evaluation (including impact assessment), capacity building, organisation development, gender and advocacy.

INTRAC training offers:

Participants 

In the last three years, course participants have come from 324 different organisations, and from 111 countries around the world. Participants include staff from international and local NGOs, donor organisations, support organisations, civil society umbrella bodies, and researchers and consultants.

Method of learning

Our training is participatory. We use a variety of methods based on action learning principles such as case studies, group work, role play and peer support. This is complimented by presentations on relevant theoretical frameworks and emergent thinking and trends.

Location

Most of INTRAC's courses are based in Oxford. Famed around the world as an historic centre for learning, Oxford provides the perfect environment for participants to take time away from their busy lives, reflect on their work and learn. All course accommodation is ensuite and with easy access to the city centre. There are direct coaches to Oxford from London airports and it is only one hour from central London on the train.
