Bruce Britton is an independent consultant specialising in the fields of organisational development, organisational learning and knowledge management, partnership development, and capacity strengthening.

Bruce has been involved in civil society development internationally since 1990. He worked with Save the Children UK for fourteen years based in the UK and Nepal as a project manager, staff development specialist and human resource development adviser for South Asia. Bruce has worked at head office, country programme and community levels with over fifty development, humanitarian and environmental organisations, networks and global ‘families’ including WWF, Transparency International, PAX, Oxfam, Penal Reform International, SNV and Save the Children.

Bruce has been an INTRAC associate since 1999. He has an MBA from Edinburgh University, a postgraduate BPhil in Social Work from Exeter University and a BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia. He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and writes a blog at https://thelearningngo.wordpress.com.
