Martina has worked in the international development and academic sector for over 25 years in a range of roles and with a number of organisations. She has a background in organisational development, capacity development and learning, in particular, partnership development, monitoring, evaluation, staff development and learning approaches.

Her knowledge and understanding of the dynamic complexities of the sector comes from “my valuable time at INTRAC as Training and Consultancy Manager“, and latterly as OD Consultant and Associate. She has worked as a trainer, consultant and researcher for a wide range of international and local development organisations, across Europe, Asia and Africa. Other NGOs she has worked for include: Save the Children in the Staff Development and Training team; VSO as volunteer and trainer, developing online learning modules for international volunteers and staff, and NCVO in Human Resources.

Martina is currently working with Cord, global peacebuilding organisation, as Learning Manager, to support a vision of peaceful and inclusive societies where all people can flourish.
