Rhian is an experienced Organisation Development practitioner and Human Resource professional working mainly in the public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally. She has considerable experience of organisation change and system improvement. Having worked at executive level, Rhian uses her governance and leadership experience to inform her practice. Shehas worked with senior leaders in the UK and Asia to develop and implement strategies to strengthen institutional capability. She has facilitated system-wide behavioural change in the National Health Service and worked with Oxfam’s Directors to redesign ways of operating and improve accountability.
Her approach builds internal competence and energy to manage the changes that result. At a team level, Rhian facilitates effective conversations that support team growth and resolve issues of conflict. She is a coach and large group facilitator and has coached learners on leadership programmes. Rhian’s understanding of cultural diversity and ability to establish trusting working relations underpins her consultancy practice and coaching style.
