Zarina Ibraimova has been the part-time accountant at INTRAC’s Central Asia office in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, since September 2013. She also works as a part-time accountant for the International Research and Exchanges Board in Bishkek. She has worked as an accountant since 2005, primarily in the not-for-profit sector, with projects supported by UNESCO, the United States Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, The Christensen Fund and others.
Zarina has a master’s degree in economics, specialising in accounting, from the Bishkek State University of Economy and Business, and speaks Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. She regularly participates in training sessions and seminars to further her professional knowledge. She has also worked as a sales manager and office manager.
