INTRAC is seeking to recruit a new Principal Consultant specialising in Organisational Development (OD).
This position would suit a senior level professional with at least 10 years’ previous relevant experience, seeking to further develop and stretch their OD practice and areas of specialisation, expand the range, complexity and scale of their consultancy work and contribute to shaping OD thinking and debate. You may be an independent consultant who wants to be part of a team/ organisation, or have occupied senior posts involving OD within organisations and are now looking to move into consultancy work. You will be passionate about working with civil society locally, nationally and globally to challenge poverty and inequality and bring about positive social change.
The role requires international travel and will suit someone who is flexible, dynamic, enjoys multi-tasking and is able to work to tight deadlines.

Central Oxford, UK (some remote working can be considered)
£44,000 – £55,000 dependent on qualifications and experience. Contributory Pension Scheme (employer matching employee contributions to a maximum of 5%).
Hours/days per week
Full time. 37.5 hours a week. Permanent.
