About INTRAC training
Our training courses are developed by civil society practitioners, for civil society practitioners. Rooted in practice, our learning approach is designed to help individuals and organisations to do what they want to do, better.
For us, delivering training is a key part of our mission to support and strengthen civil society organisations around the world. We train staff of global actors and of national CSOs working to support civil society sector in their contexts. We also aim to supporting consultants, especially in the majority world, in their professional development as part of our commitment to building more ethical and values-driven consultancy, and to build confidence in themselves as their own best tool in consultancy.
We have a strategic training partnership with Bond, the UK network for organisations working on international development. Together, we draw on diverse relationships and insights to support and strengthen INGOs through our training. This is particularly key as these organisations reimagine their roles and explore challenges of localisation and decolonisation.
We are working to diversify our training, to better respond to the needs of civil society – and to ensure that our trainers bring a diversity of experience, from varied contexts around the world.

Our approach to online learning

What’s more, for many courses fees include an individual coaching/mentoring session with the trainer to better link the training with your needs.
