How we develop training that meets your needs
Any of our regular courses can be delivered directly to your organisation and can be adapted on request to suit your needs. We can also provide fully bespoke training packages, including the specific topics you request. These learning experiences can be delivered in person, online, or in a blended combination of the two. Finally, we can deliver longer-term capacity support for organisations.

- A course that is tailored to your specific topical or language needs. INTRAC can arrange for courses to be delivered in languages other than English
- Support to design, develop and roll out a capacity development or training programme internally to your own organisation.
Training costs
Training costs depend on various factors, including duration of the course, and level of tailoring required. We always strive to come up with solutions that stay within our clients’ budgets. Once we have discussed your needs and constraints, we will be able to send you a fully costed proposal.
Coaching and mentoring for individuals
INTRAC offers tailor-made coaching and mentoring packages to individuals or staff groups, drawing on INTRAC’s deep experience and network of experts. Whether you are grappling with managing change, taking up new responsibilities, or looking to develop professional skillsets, INTRAC mentors can act as a sounding board. They will provide specific advice, signposting helpful tools and resources to further your knowledge and skills. INTRAC’s qualified coaches can also help you to gain clarity and confidence in overcoming challenges and taking action. Both types of support are delivered remotely via a series of video calls and the option to get advice and feedback via email in between sessions.
