Coaching Skills trainer Ali McNab introduces the course, and offers an insight into her approach and what you can expect.
Course Trainer
Ali McNab has over 20 years experience of working in International Development. She has supported and led diverse teams and individuals at national (UK) and international levels. She has been supporting the NGO sector as an executive and career development coach and facilitator since 2017. Ali is a qualified Transformative Coach (accredited with the International Coaching Federation) and has further training in Group Coaching and Positive Psychology Coaching. As well as delivering training on Coaching and Mentoring skills, Ali has worked with senior leadership teams on topics including rolling-out and embedding organisational values, developing a team Growth Mindset and designing a response to staff engagement surveys. Ali also provides programmes of 1:1 coaching to leaders and emerging leaders in the NGO sector.
