Caroline Nyamu is an international development practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting humanitarian assistance, community development, peace-building governance and human rights programming in Kenya, South Sudan and Sierra Leone. She has supported programmes that promote sustainable livelihoods, reconstruction and resettlement in post-conflict contexts, and participatory governance.

Caroline’s professional projects include research work on inclusion of marginalised groups in governance and political processes and the intersection of politics and social accountability. She has also undertaken assignments on organisational capacity strengthening and is a trainer with INTRAC on their partner capacity strengthening course. She has skills in capacity strengthening, programme design, and participatory governance.
