Yvonne joined the INTRAC Board in December 2018. She has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare within the NHS and private sector, most lately as CEO of IC24, a large Social Enterprise providing Urgent Care across the South and East of England. Prior to IC24, Yvonne was Chief Operating Officer at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and was Visiting Professor at Reading University on a national Programme to improve the provision of Children’s mental health services in England.
Yvonne began her career in the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and between 1976 and 1997 loved and worked in many counties including Sudan, Ethiopia, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Yvonne has an MBA from Oxford Brooke’s University and her specialist expertise and interest is in leadership and management of change.
