Our latest newsletter opens with an editorial dealing with significant changes in INTRAC’s senior team, as Jim Emerson prepares to take over from Helen Mealins as Chief Executive. Also moving on from INTRAC is Consultancies and Training Director Clare Moberly. Clare looks back over her eventful nine years with us in a Viewpoint piece on pages 2-3.

What else is in this issue? Leadership transition is aptly the theme of our latest Praxis paper from Rick James (p.10). In her guest contribution Helen Collinson, an INTRAC associate and advocacy specialist, reflects on building capacity in advocacy strategy with ADRA. We also introduce the latest special issue of Development in Practice on sustainability in the Gulf region.

You can find out about our latest training courses and projects on partnership and capacity building, including support to Norwegian Peoples’ Aid on strengthening citizen voice in Rwanda, work on partnership with IRC, Helvetas and the Swiss Red Cross, and a review of capacity building with Girls Not Brides.

Finally, we announce the launch of the next section of the M&E Universe – on M&E Systems. Join our free webinar on 19th September to hear more about it.
