Nigel is an international development consultant, specialising in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), particularly the design, implementation and maintenance of M&E systems.
In his many years as an Associate of INTRAC, Nigel has carried out work on M&E systems for a variety of different organisations, including CDKN, Sightsavers, Irish Aid, Save the Children, WaterAid, Concern, Trocaire, VSO and Transparency International. He has also designed and delivered training courses on M&E and impact assessment.
Prior to his involvement with INTRAC, Nigel was a VSO volunteer in Bangladesh. He has also worked in the advocacy department of ActionAid and as head of M&E at BESO.
Nigel has a Masters degree in Development Studies from the University of Bath.
