Using a case study methodology we will:
- Learn about the risks of moving directly from organisational diagnosis to planning for change
- Find out more about the emotional (and some would say spiritual) dimensions of change
- Discuss some methods and tools that others have found helpful in ‘scaling the summit’
- Apply these examples and ideas to your own consultancy practice
I found the first session really useful and thought provoking. As a consultant, it’s always helpful to be able to step back from your work and reflect on your own practice and this was an ideal opportunity to do so and hear how others are dealing with similar situations and challenges.
