By collaborating with a network of like-minded experts and organisations around the world we are able to carry out comparative studies, contribute to global policy, and convene groups from across very different contexts.

We have strong experience in carrying out evaluations, studies and other assignments that cover different countries and regions.  We design and deliver multi-country programmes that support the exchange and documentation of best practice and learning. We are able to transfer relevant knowledge across contexts, providing analysis that contributes to the shaping of international programmes and policies.

We are connected to civil society support organisations and networks all over the world with whom we exchange thinking. Over the years we have convened large international conferences as well as smaller workshops and webinars, bringing together unusual groups to debate critical questions affecting civil society.

We actively promote collaboration at the global level between academics and practitioners through joint research projects and the informal sharing of ideas amongst scholars in many countries.
