Capacity development is at the heart of how most Danish CSOs believe they make a difference in their work with Southern CSOs. Yet, despite its importance, successive evaluations and reviews have commented on the need to improve how the changes brought about by capacity development are monitored and communicated. There are signs that Danish CSOs are making progress in this area but there is still room for improvement.
