In support of the Task Team’s Global Partnership Initiative 12, a voluntary initiative affiliated with global efforts to advance aid and development cooperation effectiveness under the auspices of the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation (GPEDC), INTRAC consultants carried out an assessment of multi-stakeholder initiatives in Kyrgyzstan in 2015.

Four case studies were written up as part of a 4-country investigation. The focus was on the environment for civil society and the contribution made by CSOs to joint projects and programmes with government and donors. The study included a detailed stakeholder analysis and assessment of the skills and capacities needed for effective facilitation.
