Strategic planning is hard to do well. It is elusive. It seems that many NGOs do not have strategic plans and are not really sure what they are. Others that do have them, may have lengthy, jargon-filled documents that gather dust on office shelves.
As part of the Common Ground Initiative Peer Learning Programme, INTRAC produced this toolkit to make strategic planning become more meaningful, alive and achievable for small and diaspora NGOs.
