As a registered UK charity and ‘company limited by guarantee’, INTRAC is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees according to the principles set out in INTRAC’s Articles of Association (last modified in 2012).
A chair and honorary treasurer are elected from among the board members. It is expected that these honorary officers and the other board members will serve for a few years each before standing down.
