Catriona joined the INTRAC Board in December 2018.  She has over 20 years’ experience across the private, public and NGO sectors. Catriona is currently the Director of Strategy and Impact at Tearfund, an INGO working across 50 countries, and leads the organisation’s strategy, research and impact agendas. Prior to Tearfund, she was a consultant in the social enterprise sector, providing advice to UK and international clients, in Vietnam, Georgia and Croatia on social entrepreneurship, social impact assessment and business development.

Catriona has also worked for World Vision on development programmes predominantly in Latin America, and on global strategy development and organisational design initiatives.

She started her career within environmental consultancy in the private sector, with the RPS group, working on large scale UK development projects.

From 2011 she served for six years as a trustee for Cafédirect Producers’ Foundation (now Producers’ Direct) – an award-winning fair trade enterprise, led and governed by producers across East Africa and Latin America.

Catriona has lived, worked and travelled extensively in Latin America, Asia and Africa. She is passionate about supporting others to see people and organisations thrive and flourish.
