Ibnu Mundzir is a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and capacity building consultant with 15 years’ experience in the civil society sector in Indonesia. He conducts research, monitoring, evaluation or program implementation in the areas of disaster management, mental health, education, basic service provision, advocacy, capacity building, volunteer management, and community-based renewable energy.

Ibnu is an alumnus of INTRAC’s Consultants for Change (C4C) capacity building program that aims to build civil society consultants’ capacity, commitment and character. With INTRAC, Ibnu is conducting evaluation of Voice for Change Programme implemented by SNV in Indonesia, Kenya and Rwanda. Ibnu also assists civil society organizations and government agencies in developing their monitoring, evaluation and learning system. He also facilitates capacity building on program development, monitoring and evaluation, and the use of evidence to inform policy and program development. In addition to providing consultancy for national and international organizations, he established a local civil society organization to contribute to community where he is living.
