Konstantin is an experienced project manager and development professional, a citizen of Kazakhstan and based in Almaty. He speaks excellent Russian and English. Konstantin has built up 20 years of experience working with a variety of international development agencies in Kazakhstan and in Central Asia more widely. This includes 18 months with INTRAC in Bishkek as Knowledge Management Advisor (2007-2009), which included coordination of INTRAC’s research skills programme for local NGOs in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Konstantin is currently working in the private sector and brings valuable insights and skills from across the sectors.

He has a large CS network in Central Asia. Konstantin also manages a small NGO focused on social policy development. He recently worked as trainer and consultant to the social enterprise component of the GIZ funded civil society support programme implemented by FAKT and INTRAC.
