With a strong background in teaching and teacher training, Maureen has been worked in both development and humanitarian contexts for over 25 years.  She has lived and worked in Laos, Tanzania, Nepal and Pakistan, and conducted consultancies in many other countries in Africa and Asia.

Her clients range from UN agencies, through international INGOs to small partner organisations in countries of operation.

Maureen’s key strengths and expertise lie in planning and evaluation, with a particular focus on situating programmes and projects in the bigger picture of change (Theory of Change and Impact Assessment). She believes in developing rigorous systems and processes that are both useful and user friendly. She prioritises capacity building, organisational development and learning in all the work that she undertakes.

She offers the following services: facilitator, evaluator, trainer, writer and developer of training materials and good practice guidelines, mentor and coach.
