Shifting the power is not easy. It requires changed mindsets, behaviours and partnership practices from both individuals and organisations. Over the last 30 years, INTRAC has witnessed many positive examples of transferring power and agency to partners in the global South. But as we look ahead we know there is a great deal more work to be done. We are a still a very long way from equitable partnerships. We know that OD needs to play a key role in making this shift a reality.
