reinventing-organisationsWhat will organisations of the future look like? Do we need to rethink how our organisations are on the inside if they are to contribute to real change on the outside?

INTRAC is hosting as one day introductory workshop in Oxford on 16 March 2017 inspired by Frederick Laloux’s book ‘Reinventing Organisations’.

The day aims to inspire and energise participants, explore key ideas, practices and possibilities of this emerging movement of reinventing organisations. There will be opportunities for discussions and an introduction into the thinking behind the book. By the end of the workshop participants will have ideas to take away and apply to their own organisations.

This event is aimed at those interested in reinventing organisations and maybe working in international development or within civil society organisations. Participants may come from a variety of roles such as leaders, managers, HR and consultants to name a few.

The workshop will be facilitated by Clare Moberly and Jan Nowell. The price of the workshop is £150.
