Jenny Ross has been working in the international and humanitarian NGO sector for over a decade with organisations such as Oxfam GB, BOND, DFID and Restless Development. She also conducted advocacy at UN, EU, OECD and UK Government and Parliamentary level.
Jenny has conducted training and led capacity building initiatives for international and local NGOs in both the UK and internationally including the Forum for African Women Educationalists and the Federation of International Gynaecologists and Obstetricians.
Jenny has developed a focus on advocacy planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting and use of the theories of change for advocacy. She has also trained the Danish NGOs Middle East and North Africa Network in advocacy and advised them on their strategy.
